Our Story

For several years our company undertook the repair and reconstruction of every butcher equipment machine that came for its maintenance in our laboratory. We learned to observe the points where the mechanism “hurt” and under-operated, its vulnerabilities, but of course the points that made it stand out in the market in terms of sales.
We learned to stand out after some years of experience, and to pay attention to details!
Thus we created our central idea… to proceed ourselves to the construction of a new machine, fresh and different that would stand out at once in the market, always guided by the excellent quality of construction.
Stages of many questions, researches and efforts on our part followed. Its creation, and the quality of its construction, unparalleled, but in itself was not enough! The aim was not to create a product, which will be just quality but in appearance like everything else!
We want you to provide ergonomics solutions, to be innovative in the market, to fill exactly the gap that existed in the market!
We felt that everyone was asking for something fresh, different, modern and contemporary.
We spent countless hours, to find the way, to create this special machine that everyone wanted and that we ourselves had envisioned!
Eventually the idea was born in our attempt to show how the minced meat should fall in the center with a movement of the hands. The solution was already in our hands… but none of us had understood at that moment, the real idea, but also the slope of 10 degrees that would be the appearance and the label of our company, with its dynamic appearance! Having now all the supplies, and passing all the wine tests of our machine, all we had to do was give colour to the image! And so our goal was fulfilled. Now the Quattro is ready for production.
